SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CUSTOM NATURE OF PRODUCTS (POD) When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Please note that all products at Mate & Maté are made to order (Print on Demand). * Final Sale: Because each item is custom-made for you, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection once an order has been sent to production.

Size Guides: It is your responsibility to review the size guides provided on each product page before ordering.
Acceptance: Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

SECTION 14 - AGENTS AND AI VERIFICATION 14.1 No automated tools or AI agents may access our services for scraping or malicious use.

14.2 Verification: In the event of a claim for a damaged or defective item, we reserve the right to use forensic image analysis to verify the authenticity of provided photographic evidence. Any evidence found to be digitally altered or generated by AI to simulate damage will result in the immediate denial of the claim and potential suspension of the user's account.

In no case shall Mate & Maté, our directors, or officers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of the service or products procured.
